COVID-19 CUSTOMER INFORMATION UPDATE
For the foreseeable future and for the safety of everyone, we will be continuing to work within the following guidelines:
Although not compulsory we would appreciate owners and visitors wearing a face mask if possible
If owners wish to accompany their cat/s up to the Cattery they are very welcome to do so but will have to remain outside the building. The style of the Cattery allows for a clear and complete view inside, and we very much appreciate your assistance and understanding of these continued restrictions.

All cats must be fully vaccinated at least four weeks prior to them staying in the Cattery
Flea and worm treatments must also be up to date.
Vaccination cards must be kept at the Cattery for the whole of their stay.
Prescription food / Medication to be provided by the owner ( if applicable )
Unfortunately we cannot accept diabetic cats but we are happy to administer other medication; to be agreed if required.
Regrettably we cannot accept mature males or females who have not been neutered.
Please feel free to bring any favourite toys, bedding, brushes etc.
For safety reasons please remove collars prior to your cats stay.
For your cats safety you must provide a secure carrier for arrival and departure.

Please Note: If an owner wishes to cancel a booking 14 days’ notice is required or a cancellation fee will be applied.
