    We are located in Boorley Green just outside the village of Botley, please use the address provided and you will find us at No.5 Oatlands Rd.

    Arrivals and departures are by appointment only, our opening hours are as below so please call us to book in advance.

    Christmas and New YearReception will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day

    As above and to ensure as smooth an arrival and departure for our guests as possible, checking in and checking out are by a mutually agreed appointment only.
